    This tiny application gives you a quick indication of the amount of
    resources and memory that are available to Windows.

    The red gauge indicates free system resources.
    The green gauge indicates resources free to the GDI.
    The blue gauge indicates free user resources.
    In general, the red gauge is the one that Windows reports
    in the Windows About.. boxes.

    The title of the Resource Monitor displays the amount of free
    memory and the percentage of free system resources.
